MONTE DOLACK

Monte Dolack, an esteemed artist based in Missoula, Montana, is renowned for his artwork reflecting the West's landscapes and wildlife. A graduate of Montana State and the University of Montana, Dolack initiated his art career in 1974 and gained fame with his “Invaders Series.” His award-winning work features in prestigious collections including the Library of Congress, and has been showcased worldwide, with exhibitions from Geneva’s Palace of Nations to museums in New Zealand, China, and Japan. Recognized as one of the 100 most influential Montanans of the 20th century, his creations blend environmental themes with mythology. Along with his significant contributions to conservation organizations through his art, Dolack continues to explore painting and lithography. He and his wife, Mary Beth Percival, also an award-winning artist, operate a thriving gallery in Missoula and travel the world for inspiration.
