Marty Mummert started his handcrafted sign business in 1996 and since that time his signs have come to be featured in TV sitcoms, cooking shows, and movies. As the demand for his work quickly outgrew his ability to manufacture enough signs to meet that demand, Marty entered into a license agreement with Meissenburgs. Metal signs have rolled edges and grommets in the four corners, wood signs are made from locally sourced engineered wood and come with a sawtooth bracket mounted on the back.
