RETURN POLICY
All of us here at Meissenburg Designs hope that our hard work paid off and that you like what you received! We make each item to order and we don’t carry inventory.
If your item came damaged, please save your packaging and send us an email or give us a call right away. We will send a replacement as soon as possible! Please do not send the item back to us without an authorization.
If you find a mistake in the personalization, such as a misspelling, please make sure we had the correct information. If we goofed, we are happy to make it right.
COLOR DISCLAIMER
The colors of the final product may differ slightly from what you see on your screen: Please be aware that while we aim for the highest fidelity in color representation, the colors you see on your monitor may not be an exact match to those on the final product. Monitors display colors using light, which can differ from how colors appear when applied to physical materials like wood, steel, or aluminum. Each material reflects light differently and has its own texture and finish, which can affect color perception. Complicating this further, colors may appear differently from one computer monitor to another due to variations in screen calibration.
While we diligently work to achieve accurate representation between the digital image on our website and final product, subtle variations are to be expected and we cannot guarantee 100% color accuracy.
Flaws? Defects? We need to hear from you within 30 days. Take a photo and send to sales@oldwoodsigns.com! Let’s take a look at the issue together. We are happy to fix any problems.
- Gifts are not returnable.
- We do not offer exchanges.
- If you paid with a credit card, your original credit card will be reimbursed. If the credit card is no longer valid, you will be issued a check.
- Online purchases made through PayPal can only be refunded through PayPal.
- Purchases made by debit card will be refunded by check.
